All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

Due to the nature of the products we sell — research peptides and related compounds sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only — all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are sensitive chemical substances that cannot have their quality, purity, or integrity verified or guaranteed after leaving our controlled facility and entering the possession of the customer. For health, safety, regulatory, and legal reasons, we cannot accept opened, used, partially used, or even unopened products back into inventory.

What this means for you:

• No refunds for "change of mind," incorrect selection, buyer's remorse, or any other reason.
• No returns accepted, even if the product appears unused or sealed.
• No exchanges for different products, quantities, or strengths.
• Orders cannot be canceled after placement, as processing and shipping often begin immediately.

Exceptions (very limited): In the rare event that an item is proven to be materially incorrect (wrong product shipped), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We will evaluate each case individually. If confirmed as our error or carrier damage, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a replacement shipment (subject to product availability) or, in exceptional circumstances only, a partial store credit. Refunds in cash or to the original payment method are not provided under any scenario.

We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or seized by customs authorities after they have been shipped.
